Dear Parents,

The Chandler Afterschool Program is offering a full-day Spring Camp to all children ages grades K-5. The camp will be in session Monday, April 7th through Friday, April 11th. The program will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Extended care will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note that our Beach Day field trip will return to campus by 4:00 p.m. There will be no extra cost for extended care until after 4:00 p.m.

The fee for the Spring Camp Program is $50/day if registered by April 1, 2008. Extended hours are $12 per day. The fee for the drop-in program, if space is available, is $60 per day and includes a late registration fee of $10 per day if form is not received by April 1st. To reserve a space for your child, please fill out the attached form and return it along with full payment to the lower school or afterschool office. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.

A snack during the regular camp day and during extended care will be provided daily. Children also need to bring a sack lunch and extra beverages if needed. There will be a variety of activities offered for the children including sports, game room, arts and crafts, and cooking.

Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, please inform us in writing by Friday, April 4th. Fees, less a $10 withdrawal charge, will be refunded if you contact us by the 4th. Any withdrawals received after April 4th are non refundable.

Parents will be notified and a full refund will be made if the Spring Camp is filled when your enrollment request is received.
