Monday through Friday Program
Annual cost for the program are as follows:

Annual cost for the program are as follows:

Rules and Regulations
1. Parents agree to a specific pick-up time and that there will be no refunds for early pick-up or missed days. Parents agree to the policy of signing their child out on a daily basis.
2. Parents will notify the School office before noon if my child will be absent that day.
3. Two weeks notice is required to permanently withdraw my student from the program. In the event of an immediate cancellation parents will be billed for two more weeks at the minimum charge. NOTE: Only one change will be accommodated during the school year. If the program does not work with a students changing schedule we will transfer this contract over to the drop-in program and parents will be billed at $10.00 per hour.
4. Parents will keep their children's emergency information form current. Parents will notify The Chandler School After School Director regarding any physical concerns or limitations their child may develop, or changes in phone numbers.
5. After 6:00 p.m. - Late pick-up Penalty: Failure to pick up your child at the specific pick-up time could result in a late pick-up fee of $15.00 per quarter hour.
6. I understand that The Chandler School reserves the right to dismiss a child whose conduct or influence is unsatisfactory, or, in the opinion of the After School Director, is not in the best interest of the program.
Billing
Parents will be billed for this program as follows: September 1, December 1, and March 1. Payment is due and payable the week your bill is received.
Parents agree to a specific pick-up time. There will be no refunds for early pick-up or missed days.
There is a daily drop in program offered from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. The cost is $10.00 per hour and it is billed monthly.
