Partnership for Success
Partnership for Success (PFS) is a fully funded academic enrichment program empowering underserved PUSD students—80% first-gen and 90% students of color—to achieve academic success, build confidence, and prepare for the future.
Through a nine-summer journey, nominated students participate in engaging courses, mentorship, and skill-building experiences across four Pasadena independent school campuses, starting before 5th grade and continuing through pre-college.
At Chandler School, we proudly collaborate with Mayfield Junior, Polytechnic, and Westridge to provide this transformative opportunity. As part of PFS, Chandler specifically supports 5th and 6th grade PUSD boys, helping lay the foundation for their academic and personal growth.
This collaboration exemplifies the power of public-private school partnerships and reflects our school’s deep commitment to serving a larger public purpose. By opening our campuses and investing in students beyond our walls, we help build a more inclusive and equitable community where all students can thrive.
Together, our schools and PUSD create an enriching summer experience that equips students with the knowledge and skills they need for a bright future. Visit pfspasadena.org for more details.
