Move-A-Thon and Almost Alumni Brunch
On April 14, Chandler hosted a Move-a-Thon, inspired by the 30+ year tradition of the 8th Grade Bike-a-Thon around the Rose Bowl Loop Trail. Afterward, the Class of 2023 enjoyed an Almost Alumni Brunch at the park, followed by an advisory vs. advisory Escape Room challenge.
The Move-A-Thon is a main fundraiser for the Class Gift, which is an annual Chandler School tradition. This year, the Class of 2023 voted to:
- Install a Gaga Ball Pit on the Field
- Purchase Middle School Track Uniforms
- Support the Creation of the K-8 Community Library
- Install Custom Instrument Lockers in the Music Room
