Investing in a Chandler Education

All families can apply for financial aid. It may be granted on the basis of demonstrated financial need and makes up the difference between the cost of a Chandler education and the expected family contribution.

All financial aid is need-based and personalized for each family's financial situation. This past year, our average award package was $19,516. Recent financial aid packages at Chandler have ranged from 5% to 95% of the total cost of tuition and fees.

Financial Aid packages at Chandler cover a percentage of the total tuition due. This same percentage will be applied to other school fees to help support the overall cost of your student’s education, including Outdoor Education and the Middle School 1:1 Laptop Program. Families do not need to request additional support, as this financial aid benefit will be applied directly to your account. This percentage also applies to Chandler Extended Care (CEC), Summer@Chandler, and Winter/Spring Camps. A discount code will be provided to applicable families.

No. Chandler’s Financial Aid Committee reviews financial aid submitted applications only after a decision has been made to admit a student. Admissions decisions are determined by the Enrollment Management Office and financial aid applications are submitted and viewed separately by the Business Office. 

The financially responsible parties that signed the Enrollment Contract must complete an application through Clarity. Clarity is a third-party application tool that utilizes calculations from your family’s household income and expenses in order to determine eligibility and overall need. Those directly involved in the decision-making and administration of financial aid packages maintain strict confidentiality around information provided by families. 

Yes. Financial aid packages are given for one school year and are not guaranteed for subsequent years. Current families receiving financial aid must reapply each year by completing a financial aid application.

The 2026-2027 Financial Aid application deadline January 9, 2026.

Admitted families will receive their financial aid package on the same date as their acceptance to Chandler School. For the 2026-2027 school year, admission and financial aid decisions will be communicated on March 13, 2026.
