Tuition for Grades K-5 for 2025-2026	$30,850

Chandler School uses FACTS to process tuition and incidental charges (defined below). Upon enrollment, families (both new and returning) are required to set up a payment plan through FACTS as well as pay a 5% deposit. Additionally, new families are required to pay a one-time new student fee. 

Tuition is set annually by the Board of Trustees in January for the subsequent school year. Tuition includes textbooks and other curricular materials.   

The preferred way to make payments is online through FACTS via ACH or Credit Card. The Chandler Business Office does accept checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers for payments.

Four Tuition Payment Plan Options 

• 1 Payment: 100% Due August
• 2 Payments: 60% Due August and 40% Due January 
• 4 Payments*: 25% Due May, August, November and February
• 10 Payments*: 10% Due each month, May - February

*4 and 10 payment plans are assessed a $50 maintenance fee by FACTS each year

• Middle School Laptop - Information regarding laptops will be given to new Middle School families in April
• Daily and Physical Education Student Uniforms
• Student Outdoor Education - Grades 4-8 are required to participate in an outdoor education experience. Chandler will cover a portion of the cost of the trip and parents are required to pay for the remaining amount.

Financial Aid need-based awards cover a percentage of the total tuition due. This percentage will be applied to other school fees to help support the overall cost of your student’s education. Other school fees may include Outdoor Education, Summer@Chandler, Holiday/Spring Camps, and Chandler Extended Care.
