Jenny Seto ‘01

Jenny Seto ’01 is a Chandler lifer and has a long history with Chandler – brothers Tyler ’90 and Zachary ’92 were also lifers, as well as two of her cousins, with the family being represented at Chandler for 20 years straight. She has fond memories of Chandler classmates and teachers, many of whom she is still in contact with. In fact, a Chandler connection started her career in philanthropy. While looking for a job after college, Jenny was counseled by family friend and past Chandler parent Gioia Pastre. Gioia is the Vice President of Philanthropy at Villa Esperanza Services, a Pasadena nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and she suggested Jenny come volunteer. After a few months, Jenny was hired and she’s been at Villa ever since! She spent many years as Special Events Coordinator and was recently promoted to Philanthropy Officer. Fundraising for a worthy cause turned out to be Jenny’s passion, and she’s thrilled to have a career doing what loves.

Jenny lives in Monterey Park with her husband Jason and toddler Lucas. They love spending quality time with family and friends, which usually includes cooking, great food, board games, frisbee golfing, and/or the park, zoo, or aquarium.
